As therapists, we’re often taught to stay *composed* but the emotional weight of this work can quietly settle in our bodies—especially when imposter syndrome, old narratives, or systemic pressures go unspoken. I know how overwhelming it can feel to hold space for others while tucking away your own doubts, or instincts. I offer a space where you can reconnect with the parts of you that may have been silenced or fragmented in the clinical role. Together, we’ll explore, release, and realign—so you can practice from a place that feels grounded and fully yours.

I’ve been told by former clients that I’m like the spunky Blue Caterpillar (fun fact: I'm obsessed with Alice in Wonderland) –direct, curious, and always asking the right questions. While we may not end up in Wonderland...we’ll definitely venture down the rabbit hole together. I’m here to hold space, where you can feel fully accepted and supported as we walk your unique path of self-discovery.
I consider myself just the right balance of “woo woo” and realism. I bring warmth, humor, and a no-BS approach to my work. With over 10 years of experience providing counseling services and 4 years of teaching in higher education, I am passionate about teaching the next generation of therapists how to become holistic healers. Every person is worthy and deserving of reaching their fullest potential —including you.
Our internal narratives hold real power—and for many clinicians, that narrative is filled with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and pressure to be perfect. These patterns can leave you second-guessing your instincts, overworking to prove your worth, and disconnecting from the very passion that brought you to this field. When the inner critic is loud, it’s hard to access your confidence, creativity, and clinical voice.
In our work together, my goal is to help you understand what's keeping you stuck and equip you with strategies to build trust and confidence in yourself. Therapy can be a transformative process that challenges you to grow, and while it’s not always easy, it allows space to connect with your true self and align with your values. My commitment is to provide a balance of support while challenging you to make positive and sustainable changes.

The evil eye has been found in history for thousands of years across cultures. The eye is used to ward off to negative energy and ill-will.
Anyone can wear the evil eye for protection, regardless of spiritual affiliation. It serves as a reminder that you are loved and protected in all areas of life.
