Hi there
Life can be complex, chaotic & messy AND it can be thriving, connective & beautiful. My goal for our work together is to uncover systems of your life that no longer serves you so you can trust in yourself and feel secure in her relationships. Therapy can be a transformative experience, where we begin to challenge ourselves to grow, and while not always easy, it allows you to connect with your true self and live within your values.
I help you deepen awareness of what you’re experiencing, uncover the pieces that are out of awareness, and navigate ways to show up as your most authentic self. It is my honor to join you on your path.
It is a privilege to provide a welcoming, empathetic and non-judgmental space with you, to forge a path while maneuvering the obstacles ahead. I truly believe you have all the answers deep beneath the many layers of your being. It is there that healing begins, bringing you closer to embodying your truest self and all it encompasses.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas and EMDR Trained. I am also a Reiki Practitioner. The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
